I have gained over 20 years experience in photography.
My passion started at family gatherings and just expanded from there.
Originally form Wearside, I have travelled up and down the country (normally on my motorbike) with the camera always packed.
My surroundings continually inspire me and feed my passion for photography. I always had a zest for nature and landscapes, this was fuelled while living on Mull, thanks to the dramatic views and expansive wildlife.
My sport photography also took off while living on Mull. This started with the "isle of Mull bike trails" and then expanded into car rallies, motorbike racing, horse show jumping and rugby.
Portrait and events photography is where I started and I still get a buzz from it to this day. Whether it is babies to pets or family events.
I practice in both digital and analog media having my own darkroom. Nothing beats the pleasure of developing your own images.
